The Shelter Youth Hostel Ministry consists of two Christian youth hostels in the heart of Amsterdam: The Shelter City and The Shelter Jordan.
The ministry aims to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the more than 30.000 travellers who are staying at its hostels each year.
The Shelter is non-denominational, works with an international team of Christians between 18 and 30 years of age, and offers short-term (2 weeks-3 months) and long-term (6 months to a year) mission opportunities.
