Where did coffee come from?
This FAQ deals with all beverages and products that contain caffeine; including tea, coffee, chocolate, caffeinated soft drinks, caffeinated pills, coffee beans, etcetera. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't read it just before trying to sleep.
Some folks hate Starbucks, citing an assortment of reasons ("big business," "consumerism," "tables are too small," "they're ubiquitous" "they're not like Uncle Joe's at the corner of Broadway and Market Street," etcetera). Me, I like 'em. They serve good coffee.
Excellent book for those who don't just enjoy drinking coffee, but also want to share the fun with others. Grab a cup of Java and an a copy of "Start and Run a Coffee Bar," and you'll be up an running in no time.
Don't adjust your browser. No Java applets here... Just lots of information about coffee. Includes recipes, brewing tips (by all means, do buy the French Press. It brews great coffee), links to other coffee sites, Frequently Asked Questions about coffee, etcetera.
