He posts from 169.132.154.122 (idt.net), uses a hotmail account,
forges the name "Joe Marino," and posts the message to the newsgroup
using nym.alias.net.

These are violations of the terms of agreement of idt.net, hotmail, and
nym.alias.net. Regardless of what you think the real Joe Marino has
done, the Bible does not give Doug Gilliland the right to lie, cheat and
deceive.

In that initial forged post, Doug did not sign with Joe Marino. In later
messages he does.
