Charisma Magazine An Apologetics Index research resource |
Charisma Magazine
Popular Christian magazine. While it has some interesting and helpful content, the magazine unfortunately also supports and promotes Word-Faith teachers. At times, it reads like a Trinity Broadcasting Network fanclub magazine. Editorial content shows little regard for the Biblical practice of discerning between orthodoxy and heresy. For example, the magazine has spoken out in favor of Oneness Pentecostalism, ignoring the importance of the doctrine of the Trinity. It is also a major proponent of today's controversial renewal and revival movements.
